across the sky

a sunrise storm
barren
trees standing out
to
proclaim
a
new day
is
not so new
the
camera lost
or
still in hiding
but
eventually
we
will all taste
the
peach & pear trees
after
this misery year
after
the ridge thaws
and
decides

time to bear fruit
